David Schirm is the CEO of the Gabler Group AG, leading the group to shape the future of underwater technology. With a keen ability to inspire innovation, David combines empathy with a strategic vision, guiding the company towards sustainable growth. His forward-thinking approach focuses on uncovering opportunities in emerging markets and leading the team through transformative advancements.

David’s leadership is driven by a commitment to pushing boundaries in technology, while fostering a collaborative culture that thrives on creativity and trust. He is industrial engineer and holds an MBA and has a strong background in strategic management, ensuring the Gabler Group stays at the forefront of the underwater tech industry.

Ole Johannsen is the CSO of Gabler Group AG, bringing over 18 years of experience in the maritime industry. Ole’s career spans across a variety of roles, with a focus on commercial strategy, diversification, and market positioning.

Before leading Gabler Group, Ole held senior business development and sales roles at GABLER, where he contributed significantly to expanding the company’s global footprint. His extensive experience and strategic mindset have been pivotal in Develogic’s success in the maritime tech space. Ole holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and engineering, and is passionate about creating innovative solutions that drive growth in the maritime sector.

Andre Neumann

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

André Neumann serves as Head of Sales at NVL B.V. & Co. KG in Bremen, Germany. Previously, he was CEO of the Marine & Industry segment at RENK GmbH in Augsburg, Germany. Prior to this role, he held several senior positions within the Rheinmetall Group, including General Manager Electronic Solutions at Rheinmetall Defence Australia and Head of Sales Naval Systems at Rheinmetall Electronics GmbH. Earlier in his career, he worked in strategy and business development at CAE Elektronik GmbH and held commercial roles at MTG Marinetechnik GmbH and LINKSrechts GmbH. André Neumann began his professional career as a naval aviation officer and helicopter pilot in the German Navy.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Hagen and a diploma in Economics from the Helmut Schmidt University / University of the Federal Armed Forces Hamburg.

Dr. Henning von Klitzing

Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Dr. Henning von Klitzing serves as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Board of L. Possehl & Co. mbH, a position he has held since January 2026. He has been a member of the Management Board of Possehl since 2013 and previously served as authorized signatory and Head of M&A / Legal at the company from 2006 to 2013.

Before joining Possehl, he worked as an attorney with Latham & Watkins LLP and with Linklaters Oppenhoff & Rädler, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financing and corporate law. Earlier in his career, he completed a secondment in the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank AG in New York.

Dr. von Klitzing studied law and economics at Heidelberg University and the University of Freiburg and holds a doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.) from the University of Freiburg.

Dr. Joachim Brenk

Member of the Supervisory Board

Dr. Joachim Brenk has served as Chairman of the Management Board of L. Possehl & Co. mbH since 2017 and has been a member of the Management Board since 2009. From 2013 to 2017 he served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Prior to joining Possehl, he held several management board positions at Homag Group AG between 2004 and 2009, most recently as Spokesman of the Management Board, during which time he accompanied the company’s IPO in 2007. Earlier in his career, he held various management positions at Neumag GmbH and began his professional career at Muhr & Bender GmbH & Co. KG.

Dr. Brenk studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University, where he also obtained his doctorate (Dr.-Ing.).
